Fan Art & AI‑Generated Derivatives

We love seeing non‑commercial fan art inspired by Momiji.

You may share fan art publicly as long as it is clearly labelled as fan art and credits “Momiji” as the inspiration.

Commercial use of fan art or AI‑generated derivatives is not permitted without written permission.

We may feature fan art on our official channels from time to time. By submitting artwork for this purpose, you grant us permission to share it with attribution.

We actively monitor and protect our intellectual property against unauthorised commercial use.

6. Liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is” without guarantees as to accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomijiHQ Ltd is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, profits, or data.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Terms of Sale

11.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

MomijiHQ Ltd and its regional partners are separate legal entities. Your contract is with the entity from which you purchase. Contact details for each partner are available on the Website.

11.2 Pricing & Availability

Prices are shown on the Website at the time of purchase.

For UK and EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

We use two warehouses:

●     UK (serving UK, Europe, and Rest of World)

●     USA (serving USA, Canada, and Rest of World)

If we cannot supply an item, we will issue a full refund.

11.3 Import Duties & Taxes

EU Orders

Orders shipped from our UK hub to EU countries are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).

This means all import taxes and duties are covered by us, and there are no additional charges for you upon delivery.

Rest of World Orders

For customers outside the UK and EU, local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable directly to your local customs authority.

Carriers may charge an additional administration fee where duties apply.

11.4 Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items are made or reserved especially for you.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary.

You may cancel a pre‑order only where your statutory rights allow it (e.g., if the item is faulty or significantly delayed).

Otherwise, pre‑orders are not cancellable.

11.5 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

11.6 Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of receipt (or within 20 days of shipment, whichever is sooner) with photos.

For blind‑box sets, replacements are provided on a per‑item basis where possible.

11.7 Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order, please email help@momijihq.com before sending anything back.

Change‑of‑mind returns (UK & EU statutory rights)

If you return your order within the 14‑day cooling‑off period, we will refund:

●     the cost of the dolls

●     the standard outbound delivery charge

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Our 30‑day returns window

We offer a 30‑day returns period as part of our store policy.

For returns made after the statutory cooling‑off period, we refund the product cost only.

Outbound and return postage are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused and in resaleable condition with original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

11.8 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Time is not of the essence of the contract.

A parcel is not considered lost until either:

●     we confirm it is lost, or

●     8 weeks have passed with no tracking updates

Claims for non‑delivery must be made within 4 weeks of the order date.

11.9 Losses & Limitations

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

We are not liable for indirect or economic losses.

12. Reward Scheme (Discontinued)

Our previous reward scheme is no longer active.

Any unused points or benefits expired when the scheme ended.
