Delivery notes
If you’re not around to take delivery of your parcel, a card advising the contact details for your local depot will be left. Please note that your package will be held at the depot for one week before it’s returned to us.
We’ll try our best to ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible but please bear in mind that delivery times provided are an aim and may be subject to delays.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders received during these times will be processed the next working day.
We are more than happy to deliver to both residential and business addresses. It is especially important to bear this in mind if you choose a delivery option which requires a signature upon receipt.
Returns policy
We hope you'll be happy with your purchases from Momiji, but if you do want to return something, the following information is important:
i. You have a statutory right to return the goods within a period of 7 days after receipt. You must notify us within this period should you wish to do so.
ii. If you wish to return the goods because of a defect or because they are damaged you must notify us within a period of 3 days after receipt. We offer to replace the goods free of charge if they are damaged when you receive them or if they are lost due to a fault of ours.
iii. If the goods are returned, we’ll only reimburse the postage to you if it is due to a defect or damage on our part.
iv. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. A refund will be processed once the goods have been safely received.
v. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
