This week you can find us revelling in all things Parisian to celebrate the launch of our new trio of Momiji by Adolie Day.

Busted Bunny, Coming Soon and The I Don’t Care Bear are available right now in our shop and from next week you’ll be able to pick them up at TopShop, Oxford Circus in London. The first hundred from production have been hand numbered on the base for added extra-specialness, so you’ll need to be quick if you want to get your hands on those. (Just a note to those of you ordering all three; we’ll do our absolute best to make sure you get the same number on each doll so that you have a co-ordinated set but we won’t be able to guarantee it. Ordering as soon as you can will mean you’ll be more likely to get a matching trio.)
Camila hails from Chile, where she works as a graphic designer. She says she loves to create stuff that makes people think. We immediately fell in love with her Momiji, especially the toes on ‘Coming Soon’ – they’re officially the best toes in the world. Ever.

We wanted to bring you a little bit of insight into our designers’ creative minds; so we sent them a little questionnaire to doodle on.
Joanna Zhou also sent us this picture of herself aged 8 and suddenly everything fell into place.
Bring on the bunches.

We just wanted to send big congratulations to one of our fabulous Momiji designers, Fiona in Australia who got hitched to the lovely Ryan.
Here’s a picture of the happy couple. Cute dress!
Wishing them lots of happiness from everyone at Momiji HQ.

…a whole heap of stuff actually. We’ve just uploaded lots of shiny newness to our online shop. Walk this way…
Yota’s Teatime Treats.
First up are Yota’s dolls. You’ll remember these were the winning designs from our competition in conjunction with Don’t Panic. Up until now they’ve only been available in the UK in Selfridges but we’ve received so many calls and emails from people all over the place who aren’t able to get to London to get a set that Selfridges have very kindly allowed us to sell a few sets via our website. If you want to appoint Dippy D, Bakey C, and Cuppa T as guardians of your kitchen then just click here.

Are you ready for LOVE?
Designed by Kong Soo this collection will make your heart flutter. Available right now in our shop and at Momiji stockists around the world are Kong’s love mugs, tiny tins of teeny stickers and a special doll perfect for your ‘guess who?’ message.

(this is Kong)
There’s also a limited edition piece in this collection – we’ll be emailing Momiji Collective members with news of how they can get their hands on it next week. Check your email!
If that hasn’t got made you feel gooey and romantic, try this

This season we’ve teamed up with David and Jodie AKA Peskimo, international monster makers and illustrators to bring to you our latest designer zakka collection.
They’ve injected a touch of Peskimo magic and created spotty dotty bags, a super duper brolly, zillions of stickers and lots more… see for yourself
Peskimo hail from the city where Ribena was invented, a city that was voted as Britain’s happiest place to live and a city famous for Bananarama, yes you guessed it – Bristol.
Peskimo are super talented we’re delighted to welcome them to our family. We think they rock!

Drum-roll please…
We bring you great news of brand new Momiji! The beady-eyed among you may have spotted a new collection of dolls at your local John Lewis store. These new additions were designed by the ϋber-talented Nina Zimmermann.
Nina’s collection is inspired travelling to and day dreaming about favourite places. There are 6 in the collection Nani, Souzi, Luca, Sonni, Mika and Mabel and each one comes in its own fantabulous tin.
At the moment the Itchy Feet collection is exclusively available at John Lewis. (Keep your eyes peeled for them at other Momiji retailers later in the year.)

We thought you might like to see a few of Joanna Zhou’s holiday snaps. We’re very envious as she’s been living it up in Tokyo for a couple of weeks. She was accompanied by Sakura, here are few shots of them hanging out and about in Harajuku. We love the shots from the Purikura sticker machines. Maybe we should get one for the office.

Introducing Pinku, Sakura, Lolita, Kitty, Papillon and Kogal…
We have teamed up with the very talented Joanna Zhou to bring you the Joanna Zhou for Momiji collection. Joanna is one of our all time favourite manga artists who’s been winning awards since she was knee high to a grasshopper!
Her dolls are inspired by Japanese street fashion and the quirky world of harajuku. Each doll is packaged in its own lovely tin perfect for keeping or sharing!
Take a look!
