How do I sign up to receive Momiji newsletters?

The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to join The Momiji Collective. We’ll keep you up to date with the latest from Momiji HQ, including news, events, launches and exclusive offers.

Being part of the Collective will also mean that you can comment on the blog, shop easily, create your own wishlist and manage your account details.

How do I post a comment on the Momiji blog?

You'll need to be a member of the Momiji Collective to post a comment on the blog.

You can find more details in the 'commenting on the blog section' of our terms and conditions.

How do I search the website?

Type what you’re looking for into the ‘search box’ located in the top right corner of our website and click on the search icon to the right of the box.

All results relating to your search will be displayed and you’ll have the option to sort the results the way you’d like to using the ‘sort by’ option in the top right hand corner of the results page.

Where do you deliver to?

When you enter the Momiji Shop you’ll be asked to select your country. We need to know where you'd like your Momiji delivered so that we can check availability in your part of the world. Please contact us using if your country is not on the list.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept online payments from all major credit and debit cards excluding AMEX. This incorporates Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Delta. We will be able to take payments from Maestro cards shortly.

Has my order been shipped?

We’ll try our best to ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible but please bear in mind that delivery times provided are an aim and may be subject to delays.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders received during these times will be processed the next working day.

To view your order history, you need to be logged in as a Momiji Collective member using your email address and password. To do this hover over the ‘login’ link in the top right corner of our website. Once you’re logged in click the ‘my account’ link in the top right corner of our website. Within your account select the my order history option.

Will I receive a receipt with my order?

You’ll receive a delivery note which comes with your order. Please hold on to this as it is your proof of purchase.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive an incorrect item, if something is missing from your order or if a product arrives faulty/damaged then please contact us.

How do I return an item?

Please refer to our returns policy within shipping information.

Do I need to register?

It’s not compulsory to register to use our website.

If you do decide to join The Momiji Collective though, we’ll keep you up to date with the latest from Momiji HQ, including news, events, limited editions, new designers, launches and exclusive offers.

How do I view or change my details?

Firstly, you need to be logged in using your Momiji Collective email and password. To do this hover over the ‘login’ link in the top right corner of our website. Once you’re logged in click the ‘my account’ link in the top right corner of our website. Within your account you have 3 main sections - my profile, my wishlist and my order history.

Help, I’ve forgotten my password!

Hover over the ‘login’ link in the top right corner of our website. Within the login box you’ll see a link which says ‘forgot password?’ If you click here and enter your email address we’ll send you an email with your password.

Do you have any vacancies?

Do you have a shop?

We don’t currently have our own Momiji store although we understand that our customers love to shop. If you’d like to receive details of your nearest Momiji stockist please contact us.
